TERMS
AND CONDITIONS |
These
terms govern all bookings made with almeriagolf.co.uk.
Almeriagolf.co.uk acts as an agent on behalf of the establishments
or other service providers included in this web site, giving
the possibility of searching and booking these services online.
These terms and conditions constitute almeriagolf.co.uk agreement
with you, for the booking of accommodation or other services
requested. Please read them carefully, before proceeding with
your booking. By completing your booking you accept that you
have read, understood and accepted the terms. |
All
holidays, accommodation, car hire etc displayed on almeriagolf.co.uk
are subject to change, availability and confirmation. Whilst
we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information
on the site, we do not guarantee this as situations can change
in destinations, or with hotels, literally overnight. All
accommodation, golf packages etc are on request. Please note
any monies collected or held on your behalf against any arrangements
whilst we request your accommodation, will not necessarily
mean space is guaranteed until we confirm in writing by way
of an invoice. |
Green
Fees |
Almeriagolf.co.uk
will endeavour to book your requested tee time, but these
cannot be guaranteed until the booking is confirmed. However,
courses do reserve the right to alter preferred tee times
and if this should happen almeriagolf.co.uk will arrange the
nearest possible tee time for our clients. The green fee booking
is subject to the golf courses terms and conditions. Any green
fees booked which are not part of a holiday package will incur
a 3.5% booking fee. |
Golf
Clubs |
We
shall need to advise the Taxi and the car rental company,
to ensure that your bags can be handled correctly. Please
note airlines reserve the right to make charges for these
additional items of luggage. |
Course
Maintenance |
Courses
may operate temporary green/tees at their discretion. Green
fees relating to golf played on temporary greens and/or tees
are non-refundable and are considered as an accepted part
of playing golf. If due to unforeseen circumstances, you/your
group are unable to play golf due to a golf club ruling, almeriagolf.co.uk
will endeavour to obtain refund, partial refund or credit
vouchers for the golf that is affected within your package.
Hollow tining, aeration, slit tining and general course maintenance
on tees; fairways and greens are an essential feature of golf
course preparation. Almeriagolf.co.uk cannot be held responsible
for the impact of such work on the condition of the golf course(s)
played.
Any decisions regarding refunds or green fees are at the discretion
of the golf club and are final. |
Payment |
All
bookings made will be bound by strict payment conditions;

A non-refundable deposit will be paid on confirmation of booking
and the balance will be due 10 weeks prior to departure. Full
balance is due for booking made within 10 weeks of departure.
The balance will be subject to any fluctuation in currency
or fuel or tax changes which occurred between the payment
of deposit and the balance being requested.
OR
You may elect to pay in full within 7 days of making your
booking definite, avoiding any increases in costs e.g. taxes
fuel, or currency increases (payment must be paid in full
within 7 days of making the booking for reservations made
within 10 weeks of departure.) |
Prices
and errors on prices |
We
do not guarantee any price on this site. Administration errors,
typing errors or mechanical malfunction can lead to misrepresentative
pricing or details shown. We endeavour to ensure rates have
been entered correctly and represent details to the best of
our knowledge and do not knowingly cause discord.
We are aware that there are limitation to the complexity of
any website. Therefore we reserve the right to manually adjust
a costing where your chosen schedule results in the day of
travel/season or date of tour or hotel stay being somewhat
different to the price shown on the screen. |
Personal
recommendations |
We
like to offer personal recommendations and advice on our holidays
on the choice of accommodations and resort to ensure that
you get exactly what you are looking for with no nasty surprises.
However, the final selection is entirely the clients choice.
Please remember that personal tastes can vary and we can only
guide you based on the amount of information you give us as
to your taste and expectations. Our in-house rule is that
you should be looking to stay in accommodation of equivalent
or higher than you are used to living in. |
Accuracy
of content |
It
is our intention to give honest descriptions and picture content
for our properties, etc. However we are totally reliant on
third parties to provide this and as such are offering the
information given in good faith. We cannot and do not accept
responsibility for any picture, description or availability
of facilities which either change, or were advised to us incorrectly.
If and when we are advised of changes we will endeavour to
update our system to try and provide the best information
available to us. |
Changes
|
Amendment
fees will be incurred for changes once you have received an
invoice should you decided to change any of the details booked
cost varies dependent on changes requested. |
Cancellations |
We
require cancellations to be sent to us in writing and the
following scale of charges will apply

Rooms |
Most
properties we work with are based on twin room. Doubles can
be requested but are entirely at the hotels discretion; however,
normally this is a straightforward request, which is usually
honoured. A twin rate is based on two people sharing. |
Meal
Plans |
Various
meal plans are available in hotels.
The following codes are used on the site for meal types
· RO = Room only - no meals
· S/C = Self Catering Apartments
· BB = Bed and breakfast
· AI = All inclusive
· HB = Half board |
Transfers
|
If
we can offer transfers in any of our destinations we will
show them as an option on the site. They generally are based
on either private (a private vehicle which could be in the
form or a motor car or mini bus waiting for your arrival and
departing without other passengers. |
Representatives |
Almeriagolf.co.uk
reserves the right to use reputable third party companies/agencies
and suppliers to operate or handle reservations and/or holiday
arrangements requested without necessarily advising the client
of the third parties name or involvement
Our agents do not make hotel visits, however you will be provided
with a local telephone number should you need assistance.
You agree to be agreeable to the booking terms and conditions
of any third party (even if the parties name is not mentioned
on any communication between almeriagolf.co.uk and the persons
travelling). |
Credit
Card Charges |
Holidays
paid for on credit cards will be subject to the company policy
of a handling charge currently 3.4% of the costs applied.
You may elect to pay by cheque or cash and avoid any charge.
However please check at time of paying to see what the current
charges are.
Special Requests
Any special requests MUST be placed in writing and will be
noted but not guaranteed. |
Car
Rental |
We
make reservations with several suppliers and you automatically
agree to be bound entirely by their terms and conditions when
make a car reservation with almeriagolf.co.uk.
Please note, should you book a vehicle which is deemed unsuitable
for your parties size the car rental companies reserve the
right to change the vehicle and pass on any appropriate cost
to you.
Car rental firms only guarantee a vehicle, not any specific
make or model of car. It is the client's responsibility to
bring a valid driving licence. All intending drivers need
to bring a valid driving licence (two parts) and major credit
car and inform us of any endorsements.
Clients must be advised that on arrival they have to present
a voucher in exchange for rental.
· On arrival clients will be required to leave a security
deposit and also have to pay for petrol
· Petrol policies are different with every supplier.
Some supplier's operate full- full, some full-empty and customer
is charged. We can advise on this, if not supplier in resort
can.
· Security deposit is always required on arrival, paid
by lead driver with a major credit card in their name (SWITCH
and debit cards not acceptable) Sometimes cash or travellers
cheques accepted this must be checked before booking.
· Car types; please note no particular make can be
guaranteed.
· Drivers must produce a full British or Irish driving
licence held for at least 1 - 2 years (dependant), endorsements
must be declared at time of booking.
· Minimum and maximum age apply, check with us if outside
age group of 25-65 (ok with some suppliers younger or older).
· Special requests i.e.; child seats must be requested
at the time of booking. Charges are sometimes paid locally.
· Out of hours charges can be advised before travel,
please ask for details.
· Personal accident insurance; this is usually covered
by clients personal travel insurance cover. However if customer
wants to purchase any extras in resort that is their choice.

It
is the clients ultimate responsibility to ensure that all
persons travelling on the booking are adequately insured and
compliant with current entry and health requirements and have
a passport valid at least 6 months past their return date.
Failure to check these issues can result in not being allowed
entry to your chosen destination. |
